In 2019, Mr. Bodden transitioned from traditional finance to the yachting sector, founding MW Yacht Management Group. Drawing on his deep financial expertise and transactional experience, he provides comprehensive owner representation in yacht acquisitions, refits, and sales. His approach combines rigorous financial analysis with practical industry insight, ensuring clients navigate high-value maritime transactions with confidence and clarity. In addition to representing yacht owners, Mr. Bodden advises emerging and established operators within the yachting industry on financing solutions, deal structuring, and strategic growth initiatives. He subsequently transitioned into investor relations, holding roles at Lombard Odier Investment Managers, where he spent over two years supporting client communications and capital development initiatives. Oliver then joined Diamond Creek Partners as Director of Investor Relations and Capital Introduction, where he spent four years leading fundraising efforts and expanding the firm’s investor base. Following this, he served as Head of Capital at Lakeshield, overseeing capital strategy and investor engagement, and later contributed to capital introduction and investor relations efforts at Falcon Investment Management. At Accelerant Capital, Oliver leverages his diverse experience to strengthen investor relationships and support the firm’s continued growth through strategic capital initiatives.

Toby Meagher is a technology and digital assets specialist with deep expertise in asset digitalisation, blockchain infrastructure, and cryptocurrency markets. With over 17 years of entrepreneurial experience in traditional finance, he brings a unique and practical perspective to the convergence of legacy financial systems and emerging digital technologies. Mr. Meagher built and operated businesses across key areas of alternative finance in the UK. From 2005 to 2012, he owned and ran one of the country’s top 5 debt collection agencies (DCA). He then founded and led a payday lending business from 2012 to 2015, while simultaneously establishing and growing an invoice factoring business from 2012 to 2018. These ventures gave him extensive operational insight into credit markets, debt management, regulatory compliance, cash flow financing, and the real-world challenges faced by businesses and investors in traditional lending environments. This strong foundation in conventional finance has shaped his career focus on how to structure, tokenize, and manage assets in an increasingly decentralized landscape. Mr. Meagher has worked across a range of ventures and advisory roles centered on distributed ledger technologies, digital securities, and crypto-native ecosystems. He is particularly experienced in the design and implementation of tokenization strategies for real-world assets (RWAs), enabling enhanced liquidity, transparency, and broader access to alternative investment opportunities. His work spans both the technical and commercial dimensions of digital asset adoption, effectively bridging institutional standards with innovative blockchain-based solutions. In addition to his technical expertise, Mr. Meagher has been actively involved in the evolution of cryptocurrency markets, with a strong understanding of market infrastructure, regulatory considerations, and the operational challenges associated with digital asset custody, trading, and governance.
